Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (room temperature)
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream (or whole milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 5.5 oz caramel sauce or caramel dip
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans (or walnuts)
  • Fresh apple slices (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Gala)
  • Optional dippers: graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or cinnamon chips

Instructions

1. Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and brown sugar.

3. Beat with an electric mixer for 2–3 minutes until smooth and fluffy.

4. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl or pie dish and spread evenly.

5. Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over the top of the cream cheese base.

6. Sprinkle toasted pecans on top, pressing them lightly into the caramel.

7. Chill for 20–30 minutes for a firmer texture or serve immediately for a softer dip.

8. Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers.

Notes

• For dairy-free, use vegan cream cheese and coconut cream.

• To reduce sugar, swap brown sugar for maple syrup or stevia blend.

• Skip the nuts or use toasted coconut flakes for a nut-free version.

• Prep base up to 2 days in advance; add toppings before serving.
