Mint Oreo Bark Recipe

Mint Oreo Bark

Mint Oreo Bark is a quick and festive holiday treat made with creamy white chocolate, crunchy Oreo pieces, and refreshing mint flavor. Ready in just 10 minutes, this no-bake dessert is perfect for Christmas, winter parties, and homemade gifts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 (15.5 oz) package regular Oreos (about 20 cookies), broken into pieces
  • 24 oz white chocolate morsels
  • 1/41/2 teaspoon mint extract (or peppermint extract)
  • Green food coloring (optional)

    Ingredient Notes:

  •  Golden Oreos can be substituted for a lighter flavor
  •  White chocolate bars may be chopped and used instead of chips
  •  Start with less mint extract and adjust to taste
  •  Natural food coloring may be used if preferred

Instructions

1. Break Oreos into chunky bite-sized pieces and set aside.

2. Melt white chocolate using 30-second microwave intervals at 50% power, stirring between each.

3. Stir mint extract into melted chocolate, starting with 1/4 teaspoon.

4. Add green food coloring and mix gently until desired color is reached.

5. Fold Oreo pieces into the chocolate mixture until evenly coated.

6. Spread mixture evenly onto a wax paper-lined 9×13-inch pan.

7. Freeze for 2 hours until fully set.

8. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

• Do not overheat white chocolate, it burns easily.

• Avoid adding moisture to chocolate or it will seize.

• Freeze for the full 2 hours for clean breaks.

• Store chilled in warm climates to prevent softening.

• Perfect for holiday platters, edible gifts, or ice cream toppings.
